Kcyńska mustard has a long tradition dating back to the late 1950s. The production continued until 1992. The secret of this high quality mustard was the manufacturing process which involved the use of old German machines from the interwar period as well as old Swiss stone mills. The mash, kept on oak barrels, was only made with white and black mustard seeds. Started production in 2012, restoring the production line and recreating yhe original taste of the mustard using the same recipes
