Meat Processing Placed in Brzozowiec, commune of Lututów, is one of the branches of the company "Rol-Gaz" W.K. Świerczyńscy sp. Jawna which was founded in 1992. The newly built plant started production in 2012, meets all European Union standards, is entitled to sell its products not only on the domestic market but also on the entire European Union. Our company specializes in the production of traditional sausages. We produce sausages only on the basis of old Polish Standards - traditional composition and traditional production. Meat for smoked meats is not massaged in the massagers for high efficiency with the help of chemicals. We get 0.85 kg or less of the finished product from 1 kg of meat. There are no flavored preparations and phosphates that negatively affect our health. We use only high-quality natural spices. We use natural smoking with alder and beech wood.
