is a grain and milling company, continuing 100-year milling tradition in the family of the company’s owner. Water Mills are located by the picturesque river Toczna, flowing through the eastern parts of Mazowieckie province, down the Bug River valley.

Traditional production of organic flour, groat and bran in a mill drawing power directly from a natural source – a small river – is a milling technology which is nowadays used very rarely in Poland or abroad. Such a unique technology of grinding grain to make flour requires the highest level of skills from millers and employees working in our mills. Grains ground in the mill: wheat, rye, spelt and amaranth, come from carefully selected organic farms located in the “virgin” area of the Bug Landscape Park and the ecological zone “Natura 2000”.

The fundamental production rule at our company is the highest quality and safety for human health of every kilogram of flour produced at Water Mills. In order to meet the adopted standards, we cooperate with the ECOGUARANTEE PTRE Unit (EKOGWARANCJA PTRE), which certifies ecological production in our mills, the Institute of Biotechnology of Farming and Food Industry (Instytut Biotechnologii Przemysłu Rolno-Spożywczego), Warsaw Agricultural University (Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego) and the Polish Health-Sanitary Engineering Departments (Polskie Stacje Sanitarno-Epidemiologiczne).

The company is a member and active participant in activities of various associations and funds: Stowarzyszenie Polska Ekologia, Polish Millers Association (Stowarzyszenie Młynarzy Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej), Polish Chamber of Local and Regional Products (Polska Izba Produktu Regionalnego i Lokalnego). For several years we have been providing financial support to the Cardiosurgery Fund (Fundacja Kardiochirurgii) from Zabrze, to which we donate a percentage of profit from sales of every kilogram of our products.

Eko - Wital is a Polish distributor and importer of organic and natural products. We offer a wide selection of dry goods and fresh produce such as dairy, fresh fruit and vegetables, and special dietary needs products including lactose; gluten and sugar free products, as well as vegan products.

The ECO industry in Poland is developing very dynamically. The EKOdostawcy magazine creates a communication platform for professionals in this trade sector.

The producer group consists of cold pressed oil manufacture, apiary and an organic farm located in the Lodz region. Oils are produced in small batches on customer orders. We also provide pressing services on demand. In apiary, we use natural bee care methods.
