The Elderberry Land is a farm in the Puszcza Mariańska commune, where we cultivate and process elderberry. The shrubs are grown in compatibility with the principles of ecology. The products keep the highest quality through traditional methods of maintenance. The elder is a treasure of folk medicine. Its properties are very useful for saving good health and condition. We offer juices and syrups of elderberry and elderflowers from Puszcza Mariańska, herbal teas with elderflowers and elderberry with apples.

Producer of the highest quality dairy products: curd, cream, yoghurt, kefir, buttermilk, milk and butter.

Production focused mainly on curds made using the traditional method and sour cream.

Most products are products from the so-called clean label. (without any additions)

In Quba Caffe we roast coffe in tradintional drumovens so the customers can be sure they buy a craft product with unique taste and aroma .An undoubted adantage of our craft coffee is their freshness and the obtained flavur profile which includes our customers opinion.

The "Polska Natura" cluster was estabilished in March 2016 and is a social and economic organization operating in southern Mazovia in the enviroment of fruit monoculture.
